WebRobinson

For more than 40 days between October and November 2013 the Frenchman, Gauthier Toulemonde, was a Web Robinson. The aim of this adventure was to show that it was possible to be completely self-sufficient on a desert island in the middle of the Indian Ocean, whilst working remotely. The Fondation PlanetSolar took part in this project by helping Gauthier Toulemonde to take up residence on his island, developing and setting up a solar infrastructure provided by iLand and a satellite telecommunications system. Raphaël Domjan spent a week on the island before leaving Gauthier to his fantastic adventure.
